Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped from France to Europe. The delivery cost can change. The products are delivered to the address given while placing the order.

What is the limit time to place an order and have it dispatched the same day ?

Our products are delivered most of the time within 24 to 96 hours (business days, for orders placed by 10 am) by transport companies. In the event of a high volume of orders, the delivery time may be a bit longer.  When an order is placed for several products or includes a pre-ordered item, the delivery time of the order corresponds to the longest delivery time.

Delivery time by carrier

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at the checkout and on the order time. These delivery times are estimated for orders placed by 10am, during business day (monday to friday, holidays exlcuded).

  • Colissimo home delivery : 2 business days (2€)
  • Colissimo access point : 2 business days
  • DHL Express: 1 to 2 business days (from 9.90€)
  • DHL : 2 to 5 business days

Do I have to pay for VAT (Value Added Taxes), customs and import fees, duties and other taxes ?

Customer from a European Union country :

If your country is subject to European VAT there will be no additional fees to pay. Our website will automatically calculate the order total with VAT based on your country VAT rate.

Customer from a non European Union country :

For all customers based in a country outside of the European Union, order amount will automatically be calculated without VAT. In that case, as the customer you'll be considered as the importer of the goods and will have to pay for the associated duties, import fees and local taxes. Please note that these fees are not refundable after the import. If you do return an order after the import, none of these fees will be refunded.

I am an international buyer. Can you indicate the parcel as a "gift" to avoid duties and import fees ?

Unfortunately we can not modify goods values and shipping purpose. This is illegal and Cambox could be prohibited from exporting in the future.

Can you deliver my order in a Postal Box (PO BOX) ?

Unfortunately we can not deliver order to PO Box.

How will I know that my order has shipped and how to track my delivery ?

As soon as your order is being dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from our e-commerce website (check your spambox). This email includes a tracking number for your order.

Verification upon delivery

The customer needs to verify the conformity of the goods delivered upon receipt the parcel and before signing the transporter delivery note.
